Fr. Sean is a life-long Episcopalian that grew up in the Diocese of Rio Grande. He attended college at Northwestern Oklahoma State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Directly after college, he attended Episcopal Seminary of the Southwest in Austin, TX, where he earned a Master of Divinity in 2015. He and his wife, Nicole, moved to OKC in August, 2016, and have loved every moment of life at Episcopal Church of the Resurrection. Nicole works at BancFirst and serves on Altar Guild and helps with photography for Resurrection. They live in Yukon with their dogs, Kevin and Sophia, who run their lives.
Fr. Sean and Nicole love Jesus, golf, music, cooking, and all the people at ECOTR.
The Rev. Dion G. Crider

Fr. Dion began serving as a deacon at ECOTR after being ordained in the summer of 2017. He later reentered the Holy Orders process and was ordained a priest in 2023. He is the current Dean of the IONA school for ministry and formation. He grew up in Knoxville, TN and attend the University of Tennessee before moving to Edmond in 1998 to begin working with Love's Travel Stops. He has worked in Information Technology for the past twenty years before recently moving to store Operations. Dion and his wife Linda have three daughters, Kelsey, Madison, and Regan and one son-in-law, Colton. Linda serves on Altar Guild at Resurrection.

Eric Hileman

Eric has been the choir director at ECOTR since June of 2000 conducting both the choir and the bell choir. In making a joyful noise unto the Lord, he chooses from a variety of sources and seeks diversity in repertoire to rejoice and sing praises. He and his wife Chani have three glorious children. Eric holds a Bachelor of Music Education from Oklahoma City University, Master of Education in Instructional Psychology and Technology from the University of Oklahoma, and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership for Teaching and Learning.
Marc Lau

Marc took over the bench after our beloved Dr. Whitesell retired in 2021. Marc has a music background in academia and teaches at a local middle school. He and his wife Melissa are both outstanding singers and accomplished musicians.
Kay Kelso
Nursery
Kay is a long-time OKC citizen, married to Joe Kelso. She loves the children of Episcopal Church of the Resurrection and watches over them during service. Kay is a blessing to our kids.

Nicole Ekberg
Nicole is from Cleo Springs, OK and shares a last name and a home with Fr. Sean. She operates our live-stream as well as all our social media blasts. She loves everything Disney, doesn’t like being cold, but always is, and is also active with the Altar Guild.

Trina wears multiple hats here at Resurrection. Aside from being an extraordinary Administrative Assistant, she also is our children’s director and youth director. She excels at being a mentor and minister to the children and young people of this community.
